St. Stephen’s Anglican Church aspires to be a worshipping and caring Christian community, dedicated to knowing Christ and making Him known through worship, witness, fellowship, service and education by commitment of our God given gifts of time, talent, money and other resources.

Sunday services are at 8:00 a.m. (Said Eucharist) and 10:00 a.m. (Sung Eucharist).
There is a Said Eucharist on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. 

We are fully accessible and have a FM system for the hearing impaired.

Whoever you are and wherever you are in your journey of faith, you are welcome.  We call ourselves a church without walls because we want no barriers between you and the message of God's unconditional love, extended to you right here and right now through Jesus Christ.  Here in this church God says, "I will bless you.  You belong.  This is my family, and you have a place in it."

The second Friday of every month at 7:00 p.m.  Everyone is welcome.

Weekly on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel, facilitated by Theresa Ziebell.

St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Ottawa, a worshiping community who seek to know God and make God known, require a Director of Music.  The successful candidate will be an accomplished musician who is comfortable in both traditional and contemporary church music in an Anglican liturgical setting. We have an adult choir of 15 members, junior choir of 8 members and a small worship band.  The church is equipped with an Allen two-manual digital organ, a Kawai Digital Piano, and an advanced sound/video system.  The Director of Music will be responsible for the music at the 10:00 AM Sunday Service, Christmas, Lent and Easter; will be available for weddings and funerals; will facilitate the children/youth music program, and would be encouraged to lead the parish in musicals or other events. The Director of Music will work, on average, 17 hours per week at the current RCCO scale based upon experience and qualifications.  Included in the 17 hours are weekly staff meetings, Thursday evening choir practice (Sr. Choir), Sunday morning worship, after-church Jr. Choir practice and preparation time.  The anticipated start date is August 15, 2015.  Applications will be received via email only until May 31, 2015 (  For a complete job description please click here.
