With the support of Anglicans across Canada, PWRDF partners with organizations working to increase healthy pregnancies and births, reduce gender inequality, relieve hunger and break the cycle of poverty in the world’s most vulnerable communities. Against a backdrop of climate change, PWRDF strives to address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.

Cursillo

St. Stephen’s supports the Ottawa Anglican Cursillo Movement.

Cursillo is weekend residential retreat for people who are ready to explore their Christian faith. It provides a welcoming, safe space to experience a series of talks, discussions and worship. Lively music and lasting friendships are some of other Cursillo features. The ideas presented have formed the pillars of the Christian church for millennia. Lively music, dynamic speakers and a chance to share your own ideas with others, often leads to lasting friendships. If you are interested , please speak to the rector, who can put you in touch with someone in the parish who can answer your questions.

Bible Study

St. Stephen’s holds Bible study sessions, usually in the Lenten and Advent seasons. You will find a link to upcoming sessions on the Upcoming Events page.
